1. 30-Day Inspection & Return Period We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. However, to prevent fraudulent returns and protect our genuine customers, the following conditions apply:

Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unmodified condition with all factory protective films, packaging, and accessories intact.

Serial Number Verification: Every monitor shipped from 144HzPortableMonitor.com is logged with a unique internal serial number and a security tamper-evident seal. We will verify these upon receipt. Any return with a mismatched serial number or broken seal will be rejected and reported as fraud.
2. Anti-Fraud & Damage Protection

Pre-Return Inspection: Customers must provide clear photos or a short video of the product’s current condition (screen on and off) before a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued.

Intentional Damage: Damage caused by improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or "accidental" physical impact is not covered. If a returned item arrives with physical damage not previously reported, the refund will be denied or a restocking fee of 50%-80% will be applied based on the extent of damage.

The "Empty Box" Policy: All returned packages are opened and inspected under HD video surveillance at our warehouse to document the contents and condition of the return.

4. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected under our security protocol, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
